Return Policy

At [Your Company Name], we stand behind the quality of our work and the products we deliver. Due to the custom nature of promotional marketing and branded merchandise, all sales are final. However, we do accept returns or replacements under the following condition:


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or unusable, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if eligible, offer one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement product

  • A full or partial refund

  • A credit toward future purchases

To process a return or claim:

  1. Email us at fentright@prairiesailor.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.


Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 7 business days may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons related to customer error, sizing, color discrepancies due to screen viewing, or design approval oversights.

  • Custom orders (including printed items, branded gear, or made-to-order products) cannot be returned unless defective.


Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, we may cover return shipping costs or arrange for pickup.
