Processing & Production Time
Due to the custom nature of most orders, production times may vary. Typical turnaround times are:

Standard orders: 10–15 business days

Rush orders: Available upon request and subject to approval and fees

Bulk or specialty orders: May require additional time (we’ll communicate clearly upfront)
Production time begins once final design approval and payment are received.
Shipping Methods
We ship using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping method and speed will be determined based on your project needs and delivery deadline.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, delivery method, and location. These charges will be included in your final invoice or quote.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors once the package has left our facility.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery information before final approval. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the client.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged:
